Housekeeper was very nice and had the room and bath clean as it could be.

Windows , big gaps between the sliding windows? So bad it let the smoking area smoke in the room, no way to lock the windows. The morning manager accused me of smoking in the room. I am a smoker. Fix window and maybe smoke wouldn't come in.

Clean bed, good shower & price

Only problem was that I had to stand & wait in lobby for at least 15 min. pushing the button before anybody waited on me so I could find what room I had & get the key

There was no keys to my room. There was one outlet that was available to use but it wasn't near anywhere practical to be of use. The outlet near the sink was black and appeared to have gotten hot or even started on fire before.

Dated, didn't get a key to pur room, toilet seat broken, water took a long time to get warm

The lady at the front desk tried to be helpful in giving us a second room. But both rooms had Bed Bugs.

There was Bed Bugs in two rooms. So I felt dirty and left early. But they did not give me back a refund. My daughter and I both have bites from the Bed Bugs. When you go stay at a place you expect to feel safe in every way.

Location

Barley Lukewarm hot water to take shower. But more importantly there was a gap in the window that allowed cold air in all night. I do have the pictures to show the gap which in turn you heard all road noise as well

We had a bed.

No HOT water - staff did not seem interested in correcting the situation.

When we pulled up to the motel,it looked abandoned. The rooms are full of black mold,including the air conditioner. The smell was mildew. Would not recommend staying here. Breakfast room was the best room in the hotel.

I got a non smoking room and my room smelled like smoke. Opened the blind to find cigarette butts in the window seal. Was not impressed at all. The fridge did not work either and the air conditioner hardly worked. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Convenient location

Old, a little dirty, no trash cans in room.

Not really the hotel, but Google didn't know its correct location. Google took me on a long unnecessary detour and then still thought the hotel was in the middle of the Interstate.

Looked like there was blood splatter on the bottom of the door. A square patch of wood on the door that looked like someone had fired a round through it and it was patched up in a sloppy manner.

WE BOOKED 2 ROOMS, ONE OF THEM .NOT ENOUGH SHOER TOWELS. BATH TUB HAS A BIG HOLE ON ONE SIDE. SHOWER FAUCET HARD TO PULL. LADISE SECTION HAD NO SOAP OR SHAMPOO. FAUCET DID NOT WORK AT ALL. COULD NOT TAKE SHOWER,OUTSIDE LOOK NOT NICE. POOR LANDSCAPING.

Conveniently located off the highway, friendly staff, comfortable and clean room, simple but nice breakfast, great price. We would stay here again.

Near the interstate and inexpensive

No hot water. Manager said "you have to run the faucet at least 5 minutes to get hot water since the hot water heater is a long distance away".

Friendly staff and very clean room

Hotel could use some freshening up on the outside, we almost drive by it.

Location. Nice picture on the wall.

Needed updated carpet in the hall. Curtain was broken in our room. Overall was dingy. The hallway needs to be air-conditioned.
