The kindness of staff and cleanliness of the whole hotel

The sheets were a bit stiff for my liking, but for this price point, that’s just fine.

Clean rooms

The owner/manager was not at all friendly. Check-out is 11am but he deactivates the key cards at 10:30am. Never smiled, wasn’t pleasant, didn’t welcome me. Beds and pillows were too hard for my liking. He charges $35 an hr if you want a late check-out.

The room was clean and what was expected

The hot tub was closed permanently. That was the reason I booked the room and the front desk wasn?t very friendly.

No elevator

The hotel was conveniently located. Very clean and the staff very friendly. Check in/out was easy. Breakfast and wifi nice additions. Great for the price!!

I have stated this hotel three times and it is always clean, comfortable, and easy access to get to the lake. The proprietor and his family are always very nice and friendly and helpful

The front desk staff member was very pleasent

THe pool area was uncomfortably hot. the fans didn't work and there were no lights on.

The person working the desk in the morning was very rude and also wasn’t wearing a mask and then when I asked him a question he walked into the back room and never came back out. Horrible custom experience

It was not clean, the staff was not helpful and did a terrible job cleaning the rooms

Its a nice place to stay; the breakfast was great and the pool had warm water. Most hotels we stay at while traveling have cooler water in their pools

Good breakfast. Nice having two sinks, one in the bathroom and one just outside the bathroom.

Price was a little on the high side. Advertising was saying $--- per night, when checking I could only find $--- per night.

Breakfast loloked very meager. Tv did not work. Called the front desk. They said they would come up and help. But no one ever came. No knobs on the drawers. Floor was dirty. A bunch of furniture stacked in the lobby was a sign something was wrong.

This property is under remodel and the pool was closed. However, that is not the fault of the property management or owner.

I was supposed to get the room---- and they said it was ----when I got there that's the only thing that I was disappointed about

Very quiet--more in a residential area an easy traffic-free drive to the Ryder Cup event in Chaska. Wonderful restaurants a short drive away in trendy Wayzata. Great rate. Cold air conditioner. Room fridge almost too good--froze my drinks!

Not the cleanest rooms, signs of mold in bathroom & lots of gunk in HVAC vent. Don't like shower gel dispensers as they never suds up well--ended up buying a bar of soap. Breakfast not as advertised (ready 6am, "hot" unless you count toast & waffle maker)

Vintage look but definitely impressed by service and prompt response and cleanliness of the room, I like to see the shampoo and the body soap pouches rather than prefilled dispensers.

Location is bit suberb but positive side is you can go for nice walk or quick jog around the town.
