Location

Very outdated. Weeds growing in front in landscaped areas. No continental breakfast. Barking dogs across hall.

Location is nice with a breakfast restaurant and McDonalds on either side.

Secure doors on outside of building don't lock.

staff is so great size of room quiet

wish the hot tub worked no breakfast but thats a Covid thing soft water hair dryer a little more detail in cleaning but I clean with a toothbrush (literally)

Very honest staff. Good price. Except for 1 train at 6:30 am completely QUIET. It was clean except for hard water build up in shower handle. great location between 2 restaurants.

Hard water but not bad. I am used to very very soft water. No hair dryer or clock in room but it is a budget motel¿. For the price no complaints to speak of.

Staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. It was easy to find parking close to a door. This hotel accepted pets and there were plenty of grassy areas for walking dogs.

The room was small and there was no deadbolt on the door. There was a tissue crammed into the peephole. The floor had not been vacuumed and there was trash under the bedskirt. There were flies in the room. The bed was squishy and the pillows flat.

The room was clean. Personnel were friendly and helpful. Lots of area for walking my dog.

The staff our so friendly! They make you feel very much at home!I recommend this hotel to everyone who needs a hotel for the night in Litchfield Minnesota!

the floor was damp and the TV didn't work

Gentleman that checked me in was friendly.

Air conditioner made loud noise that sounded like car backfiring every 1-2 minutes. Not able to sleep, got migraine from it, complained and nothing done to resolve concern. Room not dusted.

Surprised that it was clean but it was. Hot showers and good firm bed for me. Great. Good location for where I needed to by and close to eating.

Difficult to get staff at front desk. Room was cold and could not get heat on. No extra blankets available. Left note for housekeeping to assist in setting heat but no change. Non smoking room but smelled smoke. Lots of kids outside so have been them.

Mold around shower. Very smokey in halls. Cigarette butts and garbage laying around outside doors. Only bread for toast and a few prepackaged rolls for breakfast. They were out of cereal for 2 days. Coffee is only served in the morning.

The price

Smell, bad beds, sheets are stiff, flat pillows, bad plumbing, bad breakfast. Not impressed.

Upkeep and maintenance was very poor fo the room I was in. Light not working, fan in BR not working. Refrigerator needed defrosting. No drain plug in sink. Cigarette butts and garbage around back door. Filter in air conditioner needed replacement.

Even though I had a non-smoking room the odor was very bad. Breakfast was minimal. Overall hotel was not kept up well.

Nice and quiet, has a pool, continental breakfast and nice polite staff.

Smoking is allowed in hotel,not allowed in in my room. The entire second floor was hazy, I spent the second night sleeping with a towel tucked under the door, window open, and fan on. Prioritized long term rental customer satisfaction over my health.

Price, location, cleanliness, staff and quiet.

Swimming pool was down due to broken pump.

Everything the windows were shot it smelled like mold, we are disabled it was very hard to walk upstairs. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The price was way to highflier what we got.

The people were so friendly and accommodating! The room was extremely clean and the water was nice and hot!

Television didn't work very well - buttons were sticky - but we didn't watch much t.v. anyway.
