Pros +
- It was comfortable and convenient.
- The crepes and coffee they serve really sell the whole deal. You get a $10 voucher per guest, per day to use for breakfast. Rooms are cozy and cute and now contain Keurigs with Fika coffee. Everyone I've ever dealt with has been friendly and helpful.
- The #1 deal breaker is that they allow pets. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
Cons -
- I was lucky that people weren?t loud because if there had been noise I would have heard everything.
- They have goofy little sinks and there's some highway noise. They do actually include ear plugs now if you're so inclined. I stay at this place every time I visit family in Grand Rapids. These are very minor cons.
- Even though they allow pets. The carpet in the room was not very good and appeared to not be clean.
