Pros +
- It was very clean, and the breakfast was above average for a hotel breakfast.
- The front desk clerk who checked us in exemplified what great customer service is all about and also was very accommodating to honor our request for a later check out time
- The continental breakfast was excellent. Everything else was OK too, including the exercise room.
Cons -
- My only complaint was the lighting in the hotel room was rather harsh/sterile white light instead of utilizing warmer tones to make the atmosphere in the room more relaxing and inviting
- Ceilings @ bathrooms were 6'5" - 7' at most, even shorter @ shower, if you're 6'+, good luck. The AC did not keep the room cool. The microwave was underpowered. CRAMPED, small rooms. Train tracks right outside room window.
