Cons -
- Water pressure in shower was terrible. Also, no sliding door for shower so bathroom floor was wet due to the water shooting out everywhere. Sliding barn door to bathroom didn't stay closed - just slowly slid open all the time. Pool and hot tub were constantly in use and only 1 hour of adult only time which was too late in the evening. WAY too many loud, unattended children. Advertised as a high end resort but could be grouped with all the other touristy, family oriented hotels in Canal Park.
- The remote to the tv didn’t work. We even requested a new remote and it still didn’t work.
- In room 400, the lights from outside were so bright it light the room up even with the curtains shut. The light would shine through enough be unpleasant. We also asked for a room refresh and It didn’t happen, when we returned it would have been too disruptive to our stay to have them do it again. Restaurant was overpriced.

Beautiful, clean and good service
