This Burnsville Motel is located just off I-35W and 12 miles from downtown Minneapolis. It features an indoor pool, hot tub and game room. Free WiFi is available. A flat-screen TV with cable and HBO is provided in each room at Prime Rate Motel. The rooms also have a seating area. A continental breakfast is served every morning at Prime Rate Motel. I had a horrible experience and nothing stood out as nice.
That it was supposed to be cheap
It was a convenient enough location, and the bed was comfy. My friend got the best and longest night sleep he'd gotten in months.

Cons -

The staff seemed very nice but were unhelpful when I needed my room rebooked.
That I was charged an extra $100.
Pretty dirty.And the $100 refundable deposit for incidentals was handled very poorly. Either cash only, or they run your card (not just a hold, actually run the card and take up your avail balance) and then refund in 5-7 days. Weird and very inconvenient.
