Pros +
- People need to know when making reservation that a motel is self check in. It was very stressful not knowing how to do it. Also need to know rules for housekeeping. Didn't want service, told them and they still came in room. Not happy about it.
Cons -
- The floor in our room was wet--very wet. There is no staff on site and no way to show the staff. They then tried to charge me $100 for a cleaning fee for the wet floor. Blood on sheets and blanket on one bed. Water temp fluctuates too much to shower.
- I didn't want service, told maid and they went in anyways. Wasn't happy at all about it. There is no no service sign to hang and hard to find someone to talk to. Haven't a clue if Amy staff available. Couldn't find anywhere except for one maid
