Hotel employee was a gracious host, offering us warm cookies and making recommendations to make our visit comfortable. The bed was so comfortable! We also really enjoyed the indoor pool.

It was relaxing, pool was great, hot tub was awesome.

Pool area can be loud and some guests gather outside their sliding door by the pool area, I get it but they were loud and block walkways.

Beautiful lobby. Very classy. Loved the lemon water. Just the right amount of lemon flavor. The front desk hostess was awesome. Very large tv with the option to use your Netflix account. Loved the multiple lighting options above and underneath the beds.

I was in room 215. The one thing I didn't like was the discolored caulking around the bathtub. It had reddish brownish colored spots. Probably should just recaulk it. I only stayed one night, so I didn't complain. I'd definitely stay again.

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The warm cookies at the front desk at check in were super yummy and a great treat.

Convenience. We were attending a retreat in their conference room.

Checked in Sunday. Reported Tv didn?t work. Told they would look at it right away. Didn?t work until Tuesday after many reports. Floors were dirty and never cleaned even though we requested it?s

Our a/c unit would not kick on - even the fan on it wouldn't...but we managed.

It's a newly remodeled hotel under the doubletree name. Comfy bed. Great added lighting under the bed frames and above the headboards.

The room was very humid and smelled so,, but it was humid outside too.

The bathroom floor was not clean - lots of hair and random dirt along the edges and corners. The rest of the room was great.

The staff that greeted us at 10pm were wonderful. They did a great job.

It is a little difficult to find. Located on a possible service road so it was hard to find in the dark. Also the pool noise was a bit much. It did eventually quiet down.

The room was maintained with cleaning on a daily basis in regards to making the bed, emptying the trash and replacing towels.

I did notice that on my last day that the bed was not made and the room was not vacuumed. I was expecting the same cleaning for every day of my stay.

Location is great, staff was very nice.

Under construction in the lobby area. Elevator out. No working ice machine, but had ice in an insulated tub in the main lobby. No place to sit in the lobby. Chipped tiles in the bathroom, grout chipped and discolored. Definitely not a 3 star experience.

The statue in the lobby is beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The pool was nice

The hotel was not clean and very run down Compared to how it used to be. Very disappointing as this USED to be such a nice hotel.

Location is topped only by the wonderful staff at the desk and in the Bistro.

Stayed here several times now and almost every time either the pool or hot tub are offline (some times both). That shows the sort of ¿falling apart¿-ness of the property. A quick refresh of rooms and working amenities would make me more likely believe 3¿¿

Pool, friendly staff, good coffee at the shop, quiet, great room with easy pool access.

Rooms show a little wear, could use some updates.

It was nice that it was close to the place we were going.

Decided to splurge, and the jet tub didn¿t work in our room. It was not cleaned very well and extremely outdated. The staff seemed pained to work there. I was not impressed with my stay.
