Rodeway Inn & Suites Austin I-90

The dirty surigyne needle in my room, the workers dog attacking mine, and the complete lack of acknowledgement of their faults by the staff.

Location

Lack of linens, one hand towel, 2 bath towels even after morning cleanup. Tissue box empty, small room, old and lack of upkeep, horrible mattress

It¿s very conveniently located, staff was very easy to communicate with, room was clean, only thing that may have been a problem was the temperature outside. Nothing the motel could do about that¿.

Nothing, It was closed and I could not get in!!!!!!! Payed for nothing. Will be contacting Better Business Bureau tomorrow!!!

Room was a mess, something growing in the fridge, used bar of soap in the tub cigarette butt in the toilet.

We stayed on both the outbound and return trips. Staffat the desk was fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. She had us in the same room both times. Nothing fancy, but we found it just as good as motels we've paid twice the price. Will stay there again.

There are lots of negative reviews for this motel that don't state a problem. It is used a lot by construction workers, they emptied the breakfast choices by 7AM. Motel is older, but comfortable and safe. Next to I90-some highway noise. Cats were aloof.

Hotel was clean and appeared to be recently remodeled.

Staff was very nice upon arrival and the morning of check out until 11:02, just after check out time, when they came to the door and swore at my wife and our sleeping baby yelling to get out or the police would be called. It was very disconcerting.

It was relatively close to my route if travel.

There were no towels or washcloths in the room when I checked in. When it was discovered, the staff replaced them.

Staff at check in was friendly. No staff at the desk the other three times I went there. On arrival, the room looked ok.

Large dead bugs behind the bathroom door. Bathroom door doesn¿t close all the way. Tv made lots of noise. WiFi didn¿t work. Outlets didn¿t work so couldn¿t charge phone.

I arrived and they let me know that I would be put in a smoking room. 1. smoking is not legal in Minnesota in hotel rooms. 2. The desk clerk didn't seem to care, in fact, she was sitting at a table with an open box of cigarettes! Sure would like refund

I didn't even go in because they gave me a smoking room - THERE IS NO SUCH THING IN MINNESOTA

This hotel is right off the highway. Clerk was nice. Room was clean enough

This isn't a 2 star motel. Bed, linens, decor all needed to be replaced

Owner very friendly and hands on, room staff prompt and timely, maintenance guys where nice as well

Check in lady was very unprofessional on multiple occasions, Wi-if is horrible in all rooms, it actually works outside tho

The motel is off of a hwy.

booked 4 ngts 1 a wk for 4 wks. Each stay rooms were horrible. Trash all over floor, not vacuumed. I had to bring Clorox wipes. The rooms had a bad odor and musty.Beds were uncomfortable and dirty. Last ngt A/c brkn. Manager found dead guy in other rm.

The hotel was rundown and the room was filthy. Even after it was cleaned there were still dead bugs, someone's deodorant cap on the floor, hair on the tub walls, etc.

It s quite, nice area to sleep.

Ice cold air blew in from the bottom of the door, had to use a rug and all v the towels to help control the air flow, ice was forming on ceramic tiles .

Room was not clean. Doesn't look like motel is very busy. Room stunk because it looks like someone used it after cleaning. Dirty towels and messy bed

Hole in wall, wouldn't let us move room unclean. Empty beer cans in room when we arrived
