Baymont by Wyndham Albany MN

No one at front desk. Waited almost 2 hours then stayed somewhere else. Others were waiting also.

Conveniently located to family reunion location

We had no toilet paper and we were not the only ones. Multiple people/ rooms had no toilet paper in the rooms

We plugged the lamp in and sparks flew from the socket. Refrigerator didn't work so food we brought with had to be thrown away because it spoiled. When we told the front desk clerk his reply was "oh".

Pool was great. Room was clean

Continental breakfast was limited. Coffee was poor.

Location - very close to the bike path.

Furniture and bed had smell of B.O. The room appeared clean, though.

. Since the moment I checked in they kept randomly charging me $--- until I left. When I finally left they charged me an additional $160 for ¿smoking in the room¿ but the room was never smoked In he just ¿smelt it¿ when we walked by he said. Horrible staff

Cleaning staff could pay a little more attention to detail. When there¿s toe nail clippings on the floor and I¿m positive I didn¿t clip mine. They could at least sweep the bathroom floor

Rooms are dated and wore out. Need some major overhaul

Closer to interstate and food

Worn out rooms for the price. Bath tub clogged half way up my shins by the time you¿re done. Wall paper peeling off walls.

Has food options nearby

Room was in poor condition. Wall paper peeling off and good luck figuring out the hot water in the shower had to take a cold shower cause it was either scolding hot water or ice cold water no in between

The beds were very comfy. The room was nice and clean.

No elevator and we had a cooler we had to carry upstairs.

I liked that the Manager was on top of keeping the Hotel clean and functioning. Didn't run in to broke and out of order items as you find in other hotels. He has a three year upgrade plan they are working on to address maintaining the facility quality.

The customer servcice was polite and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Wish we could have stayed longer.

The location was perfect. The Lake Wobegon trailhead was 1 block from the front doors. Eating choices within walking distance and a CVS plus 2 Gas Stations for anything else you might need. Great for hikers and bikers!! Plus a nice pool and hot tub!

Very nice swimming pool. Lots of television stations. Overall very comfortable.

They amenities shows biscuits and gravy are one of their breakfast items but I have never found them on several stays that I¿ve been there

Location

I needed a ground level room because of a broken ankle. The front desk would not give me a ground level room even though he said they had some and they were even cheaper than the room I reserved. No elevator had to take stairs 45 minutes to check in.

Charming exterior Only 2 floors Pet friendly Super clean Comfy beds Friendly staff Warm pool! Hot...hot tub. Restaurant and liquor store right next door. I didn't have kids with but toys were provided in the pool area!

The location is between St. Cloud and Little Falls by over an hour either way but that of course was known. Not much going on in Albany ¿¿ Barely any jet power in the hot tub. Ice machine was broke. No elevator.

Breakfast was not very good. Only waffles were really served. Very few choices

The pool was closed unexpectedly, and the staff couldn¿t give any information and didn¿t seem apologetic. We only booked this hotel because of the pool. They also weren¿t serving breakfast.
