Staff/owner very friendly, welcoming and polite. Beds were very comfortable.
Was close to town
It was very affordable

Cons -

I'll fitting door. Light came through between the door and the door jam. Truck exhaust came in the room in the morning. No cover on the radiator in the bathroom. Very musty smell in the room. Exterior needs repairs and paint!
The plowing of snow could be better, snow and ice everywhere.
The TV was hard to get on and off

It's location is great, right off of M55 and close to I75

The wifi is spotty at best, very weak and not good for streaming. The bed is old, very springy and uncomfortable. Wallpaper was peeling in many spots, ceiling light flickered the whole weekend, manager said has been like that for a while.
