The staff

Poor condition, a huge garbage dumpster is located next to the main entrance of the building it looks dirty even though inside was not dirty. The elevator and some common areas requires immediate restoration.

When you say it is a queen size bed, it's not. False advertisement. Smaller than a queen. Not the end of the world for me, but some people may care.

Nice room and breakfast. I would stay there again.

Fan in the bathroom goes on automatically and takes a long time to turn off. It was fairly loud. We had to close the door.

The staff was extremely friendly.

The pool and hot tub have been out of service for months but they don¿t let you know during your booking. My daughter was once again extremely disappointed.

The room was very clean and the water was hot. The free breakfast was amazing!!

The front staff when we first arrived was very helpful! This was offset by the younger girl and her lack of friendless running the counter later on.

We booked this hotel FOR the hot-tub (a birthday celebration) and the hot tub was closed, this was a huge disappointment and made the whole stay pointless.

Convenience

They gave my room away, got locked out and only one staff was working , so she was unable to let me in. When they gave my room away, after confirming I would be staying in the same room, someone took my shoes, and don¿t know where they went.

The staff was very friendly, but they seemed to have difficulty with their system. I would also suggest the morning breakfast staff find some other place to discuss their issues other than the front desk.

I liked that everything was new and clean. The selection of items in the breakfast room was amazing!!!!!

I think to open the hotel some of the items were incomplete such as the toilet paper holder. The left side was not screwed on underneath and kept collapsing every time I tried to fix it.

Everything seemed very clean and new (its a new hotel)

The bath tub and the title in the bathroom was very slick. Also, they only have one elevator and it was not working on Monday night or Tuesday morning so we had to lug all our stuff down the stairs at checkout.

Location is good

We were double charged and still have not gotten any refund from deposits back. Please refund asap.
