The pool

The rooms were very nasty. The mattress was stained. I need my money back I need someone to contact me ----

No working elevator, all soaps in bathroom empty.mold in bathroo, walls and floors dirty.

My favorite thing was the receptionist. She made us feel comfortable and helped with anything we needed. Had great conversations with her and she definitely deserves a raise for all she deals with.

The pool was NOT maintained. It was dirty and the guests left so much mess. Didn¿t feel comfortable swimming or putting my baby in the pool for more then a few minutes. I don¿t feel this was the receptionists fault by any means.

The best thing was presentation, nice scenery

The POOL I PERSONALLY PAID ---$ to stay here and swim in a clean pool the pool water is over processed its salty cant see through the water I was very dissatisfied I truly only booked for that and couldnt enjoy it.

WE loved it ALL!! Except for the ridiculous down payment for cash.. $150 versus $50 on a card. But then you don’t get that back for weeks. And every time we rewnewed our stay they charged another $50 security down payment to my debit card. Waiting on $1

The staff were helpful. First day had an issue with Tv within 5 minutes she came up and fixed it. Our last night there was an issue with their computer so they printed my airline boarding pass and brought it up A lot of food choices The sausages were good both days

The potato dishes weren’t good either day. They did change it daily which was nice

I didn’t like that my rooms weren’t ready until 5:30 and 7pm even though check in is at 3pm. I wasn’t offered any bonus points or comps for the inconvenience. Then when I tried to check into my second room I was told I had to pay full price for it because booking.com under charged me by $2. Even though I pre paid for the rooms on booking.com

The room size and the breakfast. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I ever had! The staff that I saw was really nice. Loved having the full kitchen and living room separate from the bed room.

My room had a weird smell at first but it eventually went away. There were 5 of us in the room but only 3 towels sets. I asked for more got them easy the first time. Second time I needed 5 and all the had was wash clothes no towels. They were short staffed I believe. My sister stayed at the Hampton Inn behind them and they told her that when she asked for towel sets for her family and they are owned by the same person.

The room was great. There was enough space for the family to stretch out during the trip and everyone was well-rested each morning. The kids enjoyed the pool.

The breakfast was ok. It was hot but more options would have been great. Waffles, egg white patties, bacon, potatoes, and cereal were the options both days. We had trouble getting into the side entrance with the room key and thankfully another guest helped us.

The breakfast was very unorganized and very dirty. I found myself cleaning the counters when there should have been an employee on the floor at all times. The focus of the kitchen should have been cleanliness and organization. There were no silverware for the guest to eat out of the morning on 2.21.24. They gave the guest plastic afterwards which I’m not opposed to.

The staff gave off racism and I will tell my story first with the new era of Detroit and I will then share my experience and my children’s thoughts on all social media sites

One of the TV s didn't work, the cleaning staff switched out remotes in the bedroom and hid the one that worked in the bedroom drawer. .Also, they double charged me and it messed up my account. Still trying to get things straight.

Tv didnt work. Internet not working for 5 hours during my work. Couldn't offer discount. Pool closed when advertised open. Will not be back.

It was alright

I was unable to use the grille and get help for over an hour. Pool area didn’t have towels in the morning was told they were all being cleaned. My kids had to walk in the hall wet and cold

Property was very up to date, very clean, staff was awesome! Large rooms, great breakfast

Outdoor furniture in fromt of the building needs to be replaced

I didn’t like the fact the roomNext door to me was having a party an were so loud! Also I would be nice if the roomHad a bath or a whirlpool bath would make it extra nice!
