Worst room I’ve ever stayed in in my entire life. I will be calling the health inspector on that place horrible bedbugs roaches you name it complete mess people outside doing drugs just horrible. I will be notifying the authorities.

Everything was horrible very unsafe unhealthy environment

Door lock and handle broken, bed broken, drawers in the dresser gone, empty slots. Shower had ZERO pressure. Floor was FILTHY. Never ever staying in a Red Roof AGAIN

Some of the housekeepers are nice hotel employee is awesome

They need to make people with dogs clean up their dogs shit when they take dogs out IM tired of stepping in it when I have to leave out for work please have them pick it up after them

The hole place is a wreck...locks broken draws missing...dog crap outside every where and that is the ratings I give it crap 💩 don't waste your money!!!!!

Didn’t like anything about the hotel. It was dirty. The mattresses were faulty. It was bugs everywhere even on the windowsill.

My ac went out for 14 hours on one of the hottest days this year and nothing was done about it.

Everything we had a dirty bed staff was rude not accommodating wouldn’t refund terrible experience

Dirty, run down, no chairs, microwave didn't work, funny smell.

Nothing at all the people are rude and they will not listen to anything your saying , hang up on you ! And this uncalled for My last room night couldn?t get in they put me as a no show which was not absolutely the truth lost my finds ,

Yes as stated above horrible customer service , charged me for a room saying no show I was there sent payment in prior to that day or so !! That is unfair and unethical to do to someone who is already struggling and trying to help someone else

The staff members were extremely courteous reliable and helpful!!! The manager on 3rd shift (my apologies for not recalling his name ?) was amazing!!! Everything that made my stay great began with him!!! I can never thank him enough for his help!!!

Worst Service Ever

I had to wait for 2 hours to get a room after arriving at the hotel at 4 PM. I was Visiting with my 1-year-old kid, and they did not offer me a sitting arrangement during those 2 hours. I paid for the Deluxe Room; they gave me a cheap ---$ room.

Smell of cigarettes all over the area inside room also even though I booked non smoking room. It was very hard to stay in the room. Please avoid if possible

The door didn?t lock the air conditioner was broken wasn?t clean ask to transfer rooms all rooms where not clean went to the office and said nothing can be done and that they where going under construction next week unacceptable very

Dirty. Missing drawers. Bottle of lube in one drawer that was there. Garbage under bed.

Bugs all over bathroom floor, cigarette burns in blankets, shower still had someone?s pubes and was all around pretty gross.

Nothing at all everything period.

Why and how are they still renting rooms with no television cable not even a signal just trash
