My room was very nice and clean. Staff was nice and accommodating

Wish there was a microwave in the room

The room had access to a patio/balcony that you could easily go out and smoke or whatever.

Building is very old, and toilet was difficult to flush, room door was extremely heavy and difficult to open. No full body mirrors in room.

Pillows were barely pillows and the mattress was uncomfortable.

Location... hotel employee at the front desk we've been dealing with her for about 6 years now beautiful lady and great asset .

I don't like the fact that there's only one ice machine all the way in the back corner there should be a second one in the opposite corner in the furniture starting to get dated same stuff last 6 years

Location, price, amenities, Marriot name usually means certain standard.

Went down to the hotel restaurant on a Sunday morning at 10:05am to find out the restaurant is only open 7:00 - 10:00 am - maybe a staffing shortage, but breakfast on a Sunday morning should have extended hours.

Our experience was great for one night we enjoyed the pool with COVID restrictions of the pool we had it for 45 minutes alone each guest the pool was heated making it very relaxing will stay again thanks

The location and the comfortable beds.

The maid service is OPTIONAL???!!! In order to get new towels and beds made, etc., you have to REQUEST it? We didn't know this until later in our stay. The front desk people should state this at check-in.

Good clean room.Huge property so be prepared to walk a mile to your room Staff was friendly.

High credit hold for incidentals. Which took about a week to come back to me.

Location

Cleaning was bad. Toilet had rear end prints and dirt: had to be cleaned. Used tissue was on floor and sink and tub needs to be reglazing paint is flaking and peeling off

Hotel was clean. Next to ritzy mall. Easy to carry luggage in. Night housemen were nice. The staff can be hit or miss. But it's covid times. This was early this year. So I assume stress was high.

The hotel is clean but they had water damage on one side. I smelled mold on that side. My friend was on the other side and was fine. This was months ago but I thi The morning maid staff are kinda flirty. My room was dusty. Think it was the vents.

The room was clean, spacious and in a great location.

There was a child's party/sleepover 2 doors down from my room. The noise was unbearable. Kids "running" around everywhere, up and down the stairs and through the hallways. Manager could not get them to stop. Nothing was done about it. Horrible experience

Loud party in the rooms around us lots of traffic n the hallways. Front desk explained loud music or party will result in a fee & will be asked to leave wi/ no refund. Not sure what prompted that disclosure but it clearly did not apply to those guests.

To us... the name in itself “Marriott” Stands for quality ,cleanliness, and excellent customer service, that,you’ve proven throughout the years in my experience @ every Marriott hotel...We...appreciate your hard work!!!

I don’t like the beds, they’re too hard, please insert a memory foam on top of mattress or something. (but, the pillows are fabulous!!)

Great rooms

If you have a room facing the courtyard and they are letting kids have a party until after midnight, you know about it. And there were two small bugs in the bathroom floor the first night.

in serious need of maintenance. needs a remodel the fixtures especially the restrooms are dated and previous attempts at repairing these things were poor. The tub/shower was peeling from the coating used to repair/freshen up the fiberglass the commode old

The wife loved the designer couch, wants to buy one

No breakfast or pool

Furnishings were well selected, specifically the couch, desk, bed

Great location (plenty of eateries, Walmart close by).

Walls are thin, could hear everything going on in the rooms next to me. Due to Covid-19, the swimming pool or their Bistro were open.
