The provided breakfast was very good with lots of variety

The other guest with kids were running around the halls and knock on doors randomly. Also one staff member was very rude and needed to shut up and take the hint no one was listening after the first minute.

Room was very spacious. Kitchen was well equipped for making breakfast. Room was very moderate and up-to-date

Pool was closed for renovation. This was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel

Booked 2 hotel rooms weeks in advance called the morning if they said I could have an early check in after I arrived I was told I could only get one of my reserved rooms because they over booked

The size of the room was as expected

The mattress on the pullout couch was stained, dirty, worn out to the springs and unusable. Their policy for the deposit for the room was $200, due to the "area" the hotel was located in. This was worse than a motel.

The price.And a surprise deposit amount when the other town places deposits are $20 I get there and there’s are 100 on a card and 200 in cash and I had two rooms so that was a big surprise. I feel like deposit amounts should be stated on the website

Yes the fire alarm went off for hours one night.

The dishes,the extra dresser drawers,cleaniness. I wish it wasn't a health scare I could of ultilize the amenities like the pool the exercise room and the hot breakfast.

I didn't get to use the hotel amenities due to the health scare.

Location, excellent setup for doing "work from home" higher level desk arrangement, even a laptop desk was provided

Bed was not as plush as I would expect, however some like it firm

Staff member was on a personal call and was more concerned about her personal call than checking me in. She was rushing me and forgetting to do much of what is required when checking in a guest.

It was clean, staff was friendly.

There was no Jacuzzi.

I Always stay when I'm Michigan but this time I had enough points to stay a extra day ..It pays to be a rewards member, and the amenities was on point. And the front Desk was a Big help (staff)Thank you again.

SO what I did not like is that the pool was right below me and that the kids that was in there screamed allll.. while they was in the pool, and running up and down the hall. Plus a barkin,DOG!AND THE DOOR TO THE BATHROOM did not close,toilet back fired.

I liked the staff to be down to earth.

I did not like how small the pool was or the breakfast eggs, sausage, potatoes & French toast. They were either rubbery or cold. It wasnt cooked fresh, it had been microwaved. Lastly extend pool hours, open it earlier and extend adults only at night.

Clean, upgraded rooms and public spaces. New sheets and decorations. Nice assortment of light breakfast items.

Still finishing off some fairly involved parking lot and entrance construction / remodeling. Not a big deal at all, and it's good to know they are investing to keep the property u to snuff.

Service and how clean it is

We had a king suite. It was very nice! Good sized room with kitchenette and sofa. Kitchenette had a 2 burner stove top, along with microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and dishes. Coffee maker, of course, and also a toaster. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location was perfect as it was only a couple minutes drive to Andiamo Theater, where we had tickets to a show. Breakfast was included and also very good! There was a lovely looking pool and nice workout room available.

Honestly, I can't think of anything I didn't like!
