The customer service representative when I checked in. That Young man went above and beyond to assist me with a room.

The rooms have connected doors in some of their rooms. I didn't like that at all.

Bedding was clean, breakfast was acceptable.

Common spaces were dirty. The elevator was constantly dirty (Walls were dirty. At first the floor was wet and dirty with a used band-aid on the floor. In the morning it had been mopped, but there was new dirt and trash on the floor).

They originally put me on the 4th floor but on the elevator was a sign that it would be shut down the next morning for inspection. I went back to the desk and the clerk was nice enough to upgrade me on the 1st floor as I wouldn't be able to do the stair

My bed pillows were extremely comfortable.

I requested full service room cleaning the morning of 9/4/2023. However upon my return to my room 308, my room had not been cleaned. I felt embarrassed about this because my friend that assisted me bringing birthday gifts into room witnessed it unclean.

For a 2 star hotel, The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the breakfast buffet had a good selection! Gus, working breakfast both mornings we stayed, is SO friendly and curious- refreshing first thing in the morning.

For a 2 star hotel, this was perfect. If you are spending q star money looking for 4 star quality, you'll be disappointed.

Was supposed to be hot breakfast thought cocisted of bacon and eggs .Bacin was so thin it was breaking when picking it up

Driving proximity to shopping center but off enough the main road. The staff was nice and attentive.

The bed was uncomfortable, ran over some glass object in the parking lot and had to clean it up myself before leaving. The cable machine for the workout room was broken.

Air conditioner didn't work. We had already arrived late and didn't feel like moving to another room. Room thermostat should have already been checked.

The new front desk lady Courtney checked us in but she double booked us and we were charged twice. Couldn't get our money back and had to borrow money to get back home during winter storm.

Noisy refrigerator kept me awake for hours. Only quit when unplugged.

The hotel was not clean. There was dirty sheets and linen. There was smoking going on in the next room. When I called the front desk to report the smoke, they didn¿t really seem concerned. I will never go back. Ever.

The room was dirty. There were huge stains on the carpet and the bathroom floor. There were also several stains on the walls in the bathroom and near bedroom window. I was very disappointed. I contacted the front desk upon checking in to let them know.

I loved staying at this hotel. I loved EVERYTHING about my stay. My room was sooo clean and neat. The location was perfect and the staff was very attentive to my needs. I¿m definitely coming back again. Felt just like home.

No! This hotel was perfectly flawless.

This hotel is usually clean! The headboard was very dirty, picture in the bathroom was broken with glass hanging out , the plastic wear we¿re all opened and the night stand was dirty. I was not happy about this stay.
