Our room was dirty when checked in and had spoke to someone to have our room cleaned correctly but didnt happen also we wanted to eat breakfast and the staff came in straight from outside smoking cigarettes and went straight to the kitchen

The step-in shower and cleanliness

The lobby was nice and clean

The sheets was a dingy White the towels had hair on them they supposed to be white but they was beige

hotel employee room smelled like cannabis and the pool was so full of someone having a birthday party that we could not use the pool. 30 people for one party at the pool the entire night. The placement of the shower at the pool deck was dangerous.

Pillows were way too soft it was like we were sleeping on the mattress and the water pressure in the shower was awful little to no pressure at all, would recommend this hotel but would warn people of the poor water pressure and bad pillows

The breakfast in the a.m

The bathroom had very low water pressure and the hot and cold returns were backwards.

Hotel manager is excellent. Friendly and helpful. Best hotel manager I have ever dealt with.

Evening desk man is a not helpful and arrogant. He refused to wear a face mask to protect his customers. Thankfully he is no longer there.

It is A very nice place.

The Hampton Inn &Suites were very clean the room was welcoming with the personal name , beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good as well

There was nothing I didn’t like

Everything was top notch. The breakfast bar, the linens, the rooms. We were comfortable, and it was clean.

I just needed a little help with that card thing for the lights. Maybe put a night light there, as it was hard to see. But, pretty easy to use.
