Brio Beach Inn

The super comfy bed and cozy bedding was very much appreciated and loved the Keurig too!

The flooring was a bit cold. A narrow rug in front of the bed would have been welcomed.

Small size hotel, friendly staff.

US 31 is loud, but I would still stay there again!

The room was extremely clean and well designed as well as beautifully decorated. The staff was exceptional, very friendly and welcoming! I would highly recommend this motel to anyone!

Proximity to lakeside and to downtown and nice variety for "to go" style breakfasts.

Hotel staff leave premises at night and any needs a call to a 'sister' hotel must be made. It might have been off season staffing? We had a very minor issue that was courteously and quickly resolved the next morning.

Near the water. Nice outdoor furniture. A fire pit on the beach All rooms have a view of the water.

Very busy road. Difficult to get in and out. Bathtub had soap scum built up. Bathroom floor dirty. Ask to have the floor in the bathroom re-clean. They did not re-clean it. The chair in the room had food crumbs in between the cushion.

Right on the water, lovely gazebo, wonderful staff. The hotel is on an angle, so really all rooms have a view of the water. Small rooms, but great prices and locale.

Beach access and proximity to a lot of activities

The floor was wood and the stain was sticky and would stay on our feet-highly recommend slipper

All accomodations were as expected(sorry about the construction@Beach access,but understandable)breakfast was an unexpected surprise and your location and view from our room were great!

Rooms were small with parking lot views ,dead bugs all over the room, not what I expected from what I seen on there website.

Patricia keeps that place running very smoothly. I hope ownership reconGnoses how hard she works. Love the BBI however price was a bit more than expected for the size of the rooms.

Price was a bit much for the size of the rooms

Brio Beach Inn was a quintessential beach hotel. The room was small, but afforded us all that we needed as a stopping off point. The flooring was an easy to clean material that was perfect for an area where sand came in on our feet and shoes. The beach area looked wonderful, but poor weather prevented us from enjoying it like we had planned. Maybe next time!

The beach was beautiful. The available seating was perfect. The firepit was awesome.

Bed is a little too firm for my liking but that's just personal preference.

It was my first visit to Traverse City with my boyfriend and the Brio Inn made it even more special. Listening to the waves on the beach from our room was amazing. ?

It was nice to be on the beach and the room was very clean. The outdoor property was spacious for our group time.

Small rooms for the price.

Great location right on the bay with its own beach; the rooms are small, but very clean and updated. The staff was very friendly. The cookies tasted great, and it came with a free breakfast. We would stay here again.

The property was very clean and the beach area was nice. The staff was excellent. Very nice and helpful. Proximity to downtown and wineries was good.

The rooms are on the smaller side, no counter space in bathroom and there wasn’t a luggage rack. Although the property was directly on the water the view from the room was of the parking lot. The room was described as lake view but none of the rooms face the lake. So if your looking for a lake view room this isn’t the inn for you.

Staff very friendly. Clean, updated facility, comfortable room. Right on the beach. Great view of bay. Good, fresh enjoyable breakfast. Good location to TC, 10 minutes.

Room did not have dresser with drawers, was not a problem, just was not prepared and used cubby shelves and suitcase. Road noise bad at times, on main road into TC., especially early morning.
