Quality Inn Traverse City

Beds were extremely uncomfortable, and squeaky. Bathroom had black spots and a spot where it looked like it was going to fall through.

The front office staff was very rude and still has not gave me back my deposit

Paying for a $100 deposit that was removed from my bank account. It wasn't a hold they removed it

First room had a smoke alarm that had a dying battery, moved us to a different room. New room was decent but not a clean as one would hope.

They didn't charge me more for an outside entrance. Price was fair for Traverse City

A little outdated, but it was clean and had a comfortable bed. Internet stunk and I had a middle room in the hotel

The only thing that I liked an out the hotel was the fact that it wasn’t as bad as the Google reviews said it was… but it was still not good.

The bathroom door didn’t close, the heat turned on in the middle of the night randomly and it smelt like things were burning, the extra door lock was broken and useless, and we kept sneezing and felt very stuffy so we assume there might have been mold.

I liked the location. That is it!

I didn’t like the puddles of water on my bathroom floor. When I asked front desk about it he said it was from the shower. It was in fact not from the shower because when you sat in the toilet water leaked on your head.

This hotel was absolutely unacceptable! It was dirty. There was something growing on the carpet around the AC. There were large rat like traps outside the hotel. The carpet was dirty!

King size was comfy, I liked that the room was a kitchenette, and the room was last at the end of the hall on the outside wall, so it was really quiet

I wish the toilet was a little bit taller taller, first sit kind of threw me off lol, felt like I was sitting on a toddler potty

peeling paint, dead flies on the ceiling, lamp shades were torn, no comfortable chairs to just relax in, the TV was ridiculous!!! We could not access local channels, had to stream through phones, breakfast was done by 9??? Ice machine was broken

The cleanliness. The shower was yelliw. My family did not feel comfortable showering

Pool was closed, breakfast was horrible. They charged $100 deposit. I’m having to fight to get it back and only stayed one night.

Outside and interior halls worn and grungy; very loud resident/neighbor in next room kept me awake all night and again at 5:30 am with constant loud TV

A lot of things missed cleaning and you can hear everything and everyone in the hallway and outside and rooms next to you and above you

Room looked recently updated

Outside of hotel made it seem sketchy but inside the room was nice and looked updated.

The pool was open when we arrived late.

For the price, we expected a bit more than a converted Motel room.

it was dingy and old. Needs lots of updating. The pets made things dirty.

It took 30 minutes to check in! Trouble with the checkin ahead of us. Also, no word of a $100.00 security deposit on your site! Not cool, it is like being insulted at the onset. And then being told it will clear our card in 3-5 days. Not cool!

Hot tub was broke (no heat, no jets) Shower temp went from hot to cold during the entirety of shower, shower head was extremely low exhaust fan broke Pillows on bed were the size of throw pillows. Overall the room was run down and cobwebs around window.
