Convenience of location and amenities

It was a little dated inside, but very good with amenities if you were staying for a longer time

Bedding from the 70s. Shower was terrible

I was there 3 nights and housekeeping never came to our room to take care of trash so our kitchen and bathroom trash was over flowing and they didn't come to give us fresh towels (thankfully I brought some from home for us)

The room we had was in the basement and it was a long walk for a 63 year old. The floor we were on was cold and it was old building.

Staff was very kind

The wallpaper is falling of the walls - there were marks on the sheets - we laid down towels to sleep. The balcony has rust all around it - the room smelled like old smoke. It was definitely not a 3 star hotel.

The incredible view and the suite was clean and comfortable.

The alarm system was going off throughout the building for several minutes but There was no information as to what the problem was or what guests were to do. It was a bit unnerving!

Cozy and clean. Loved being on the beach.

Outside glass on balcony could be cleaner. Stove could have been a bit cleaner.

Being on the first floor was great with the walk out sliding door. But it felt like you were in a dungeon and dirty in the hallway.

Old - dated - 1st room so musty smelling wife couldn¿t stay there. 2nd room only a little better. Carpets in halls are extremely stained. Dark dingy. Couldn¿t stand to stay the 2nd night

Actually had a hot breakfast buffet just like it advertised. Great place to stay in Munising MI

Our room had an amazing view, clean for the most part there were some stains on the ceiling and some marks but really wasn¿t a big deal. Still the best hotel in tc

Staff was kinda rude. I stood for about 10-15 minutes looking at the checkout lady calling to her rather loudly and she ignored me just staring at the computer screen not even doing anything on it and parking lot was hard to come and go especially w/truck

We liked the location

The room smelled like smoke. The ¿terrace¿ was one long terrace that all guests on that floor have access to. That means anyone can walk right by the sliding glass door to our bedroom. The whole place was under construction. Housekeepers didn¿t wear masks

The area of hotel is nice. Pretty sunset Views from the shared balconies.

The hotel was under construction. Everything outside of the rooms was exposed. It was all drywall and 2x4s and Wiring exposed. The carpet in the entire hotel was so dirty and stained. The balcony is shared with all other rooms. No privacy.

Location was great!! Kitchens are updated with new appliances and the beds are decent

Old dirty couch and chairs in living room, dirty carpet, spider webs in hallway and room, Pool is cloudy and hot tub didn't work. Gym has only 3 things to choose from and the game room is outdated

Large room and lake front

We could hear all the road noise, it was more like a motel. The arcade games kept eating out money and we had to walk outside and all the way down to the main office to get to the pool.

Family friendly place and the coziness of the place!!
