Comfort Inn Traverse City

The hotel was recently updated and it shows. It was nicer than expected. The location is great and we enjoyed breakfast each morning.

The bathroom where the tub and toilet is was abut cramped.

Location, facility well kept and very friendly personnel.

Size of pillows (too small)

Hotel was well kept and clean. The staff was pleasant.

Room was pretty small, especially for a family of four.

The hotel was clean and recently renovated. This hotel is a basic hotel with a small lobby. The room we had was nice, it had two double beds. We liked the location of the hotel which is between the east and west bays of Traverse City.

The young lady at the front desk was EXCEPTIONAL!! She gave my family a ride to the airport at 4:30 AM because the shuttle was not available at that time. She was not working that morning but came in and gave them a ride.

The airport shuttle did not start until 5 AM and stopped at other hotels as well. We purposely booked this hotel because they had a shuttle. We had to be at the airport before 5 AM so the shuttle did us no good. Thank God for Hotel employee.

- Smell in room - Stained towels we discovered that were just gross (not sure if they were clean) - Indifference displayed by front desk and mgmt when I brought up the issue of having stained and potentially unclean towels! - Not worth the cost

Their breakfast was amazing, hotel was very clean and the beds were comfy! I loved that the pool/hot tub were open all night too

The location was very good.

I did not like having a huge hot tub in the room. There could have been more towel racks in the bathroom.

Clean and affordability. Had spa and pool snd ironed breakfast early for us had to be at hospital at 6am. Excellent service and staff. I grew up in the motel business I rate them highly.

Great location, nice shower, good or at average price for the room. Breakfast was a pretty standard offering, but it was good.

No, not really. No complaints.

Close to downtown. Pet-friendly. Frontage on two major roads. Pool and hot tub open 24hrs. Nice hot breakfast, a little different every day. Not too far from bay shore to walk there. Sidewalks, good restaurant(Cottage)right next door. Windows open.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hot breakfast saved us time and money.

Rooms were available last minute. Clean room and hotel. They accommodated our pickup truck with dual axle trailer by letting me park at the side of the rear exit. Helpful courteous staff. Pool and hot tub open 24 hrs. Continental breakfast was decent.

Price seemed high but comparable or slightly lower than other similar or slightly higher end hotels in the area. Here they had vacancy. Cheaper places had poor reviews. Ice bucket leaked on table due to hole punched in it. I'd definitely stay there again.

For the price on today's market, the hotel exceeded expectations.

Be advised this hotel is not near the airport. Late night arrivals should expect double taxi fares. Airport to hotel - $45 without tip.

When I checked in the two young ladies where amazing and beyond helpful The room was great

The gentleman up front working night shift was very judgmental and made us not only feel uncomfortable but embarrassed infront of a pool room full of people for being affectionate nothing inappropriate. Thankfully through the embarrassment of him confront

Quiet, breakfast was great and the staff very helpful

It had a bed.

Used towels and hair in bathroom. Crumbs on floor in main room. Gross and run down generally. Emailed video of problems to management and got no response.

Close to hospital.

Did not shovel the sidewalks in back parking lot after 8" of snow fell over two nights.
