- When I asked the front desk staff to arrange an airport taxi he said they don’t provide that service and gave me a list of numbers. Usually, hotels in Indigo’s price range are more helpful with arranging transportation. Also, the front desk wasn’t staffed twice when I went to ask questions
- There was a used water bottle behind the nightstand. Also the room was not well lit.
- Room rate is a bit high

Location to downtown is great.
Noisy rooms. Street traffic noise. Tried to double charge us for parking.that was prepaid. Had to request room cleaning.
