very clean

Location, clean, beautiful view of the lake, spacious, and easy to book. They provided coffee pods with cream and sugar, cans of water and chips. Very nice.

They didn’t have a hair dryer and could have used more cream and sugar for the coffee, but that was it.

The location was perfect. We were particularly pleased with the cleanliness (it was spotless) and the comfort of the beds/pillows. We all reported the best night sleep we've had in a long time!

There was nothing we didn't like. The one items we thought might be a nice addition would be a gass/electric fireplace. As the weather turns toward winter, that could make it a bit more cozy.

Only drawback was the young child running around above us on the 3rd floor was quite noisy, but the property did provide earplugs

Overall, the accommodations were fantastic. Clean, comfortable, perfect for our ladies trip. Location was perfect and the outdoor space was awesome.

Spiders. We had spiders EVERYWHERE in the unit. Outside as well. There were spiders in the bedrooms and bathrooms… even in the shower. We also didn’t have any information on how to use the fire pit outside. I would make sure that information is available in each unit.

Nice size and open. Check-in was easy for those that have tech. If I was older, it would be difficult.

Cheap towels and washcloths; washer drawer for detergent was broken; poor placement of rack in shower as it should be placed on either end. Thank goodness I am not a larger person; noisiest furnace I have ever had in What appeared to be newer unit updates; other tenants can’t seem to park correctly so you should probably stripe the parking spots. No problem first night. Noisy tenant upstairs until midnight on 2nd night. Cleaning crew was there twice in 15 min knocking at the door around 10:00. Checkout was at 11 and I did so when we left. Very annoying as we were finishing our morning routine.

The condo was great, we loved all the room that we had.The location was good for us. The only thing that wasn't the best was the condo above us. They walked extremely HARD and almost nonstop from the time we got back for the evening and in the morning. Overall the place was good.

Checking in was a disaster both times we’ve stayed here. We really like the facilities but will never stay here again. Did not get the code to the building or how to enter the code to get in

Disappointing

Asking us to wash the towels and sheet was too much. We did it but it ruined the experience for us. We paid more than enough for cleaning staff to do the job. It also burned an hour an half of our time that we would have liked to use on other things. You really need to pick a better brand of toilet paper, At the cost of the room, you can afford decent TP.Another suggestion would be to spring for better blinds (at least on the first floor) Those blinds won't keep the cold out and the mechanism to roll them up and down jammed frequently.

The condo was exceptional. Clean, comfortable, modern, new. We loved the 3 balconies overlooking the lake.

We wished we could have been a little closer to downtown Traverse City but it was not a problem.

The shower door in one of the bathrooms was stuck and the main TV did not work. placed 3 calls to theproperty management with NO RESPONSE or resolution to the problems.

The condo was huge and beautiful! It was very clean and had everything that we needed.

We arrived in a large vehicle. The parking space was very, very narrow making it very challenging to get in and out of our vehicle when others were parked on both sides of us. Unfortunately during our stay, there was road construction in front of the condo. Therefore there was a long line of cars and construction noise. It was one of the reasons we did not walk along the waterfront or visit the beach.

It was spacious and clean. It had a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The bed was comfortable.

The pictures made it appear there was a nice view of the lake outside the window. This was not the case. We were on the first floor. Traffic was loud and passing all day. Cars were parked outside our back doors to the patio. It was too loud to enjoy sitting on the porch. There is a major construction project right outside as well, so it was loud and the lake trail was not accessible. The fire pit is in front of the condo entrance and is next to the dumpster and power boxes. Overall it was a disappointment from how it was listed online.
