The room was nice

Breakfast both days was a disaster and we ended up eating out both days.

Super clean, the staff were over the top friendly and accommodating, and the room was incredible (modern, clean, comfortable). I now have my new hotel to stay at when visiting Detroit!

I liked my room positioned off in the back. I liked the location of the hotel, the hotel staff was good. The lady in the morning that did the breakfast " Carolina" was absolutely amazing!

OMG! I didn't like that our hotel room definitely wasn't the cleanest. The blanket on one of our beds was absolutely filthy, floor had hair and crumbs on it, bottom closet shelf was broken, television didn't work at all, and there was a horrible noise coming from our heating unit.

I had no heat ? in my room. They brought a portable heater but that only kept bedroom warm. It was cold in shower and living room. It was 9 degrees that night so very uncomfortable

First day no vet. Discount. Mold in shower. Carpet torn and frayed creating a tripping hazard. Either out of coffee or it was cold during each morning.

The property was clean and quiet.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. I guess at $145 a night, in a brand new hotel I was expecting a little better experience. Each morning, the breakfast area was poorly stocked, and it was difficult to find a staff member to assist. Common breakfast items were frequently unavailable, including coffee creamer, milk, and bacon.The room design was also inconvenient. The television was mounted on a side wall near the bathroom rather than at the foot of the bed. In order to watch it from the bed, it had to be turned at an angle, which made it easy to accidentally hit your head if you forgot its position. Also, the thermostat was mounted on the wall behind the tv which made it somewhat difficult to get to.Additionally, the soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers were mounted too high near the shower head, causing you to bump into them repeatedly while showering.Hopefully, all the rooms don’t have this poor design and the breakfast issue gets better than what it was when we visited.

Clean, quiet, friendly and close to everything

Nice location close to expressway and restaurants.

Found leftover food in refrigerator and freezer. Kitchen floor and countertop dirty. Waste basket under kitchen sink with some food liquid poured in it from previous guest staying there. Reported it to front desk. The young gal cleaned out the frig and wiped down the countertop but floor was left dirty. Asked for some room stay compensation. Haven't heard anything yet.

The room was clean. Staff was very friendly and professional and helpful.

The room was a little worn, but it was no big deal. It was very comfortable just something we noticed, the carpet was freying a little. Everything we used worked well. Happy stay.

Everything was excellent, comfort, safety and clean. Front desk employees, security are exceptional.

The staff did the best they could

For a relatively new property maintenance was lacking. Also the breakfast was over whelmed by the number of people at the hotel over the weekend.

It was very clean and beautiful. The pool was warm and the breakfast was perfect with hot and cold choices.
