Breakfast- bacon half cooked and fruit was not fresh. Bathroom- toilet handle paint scraped off. Couch- stained

The hotel and the room was immaculate, staff helpful, smells amazing in the lobby area

Charging $100 to the credit card which still pending

The staff was exceptional very attentive and helpful

The bed was a little more plush than what we are used to but no show stopper and that was about it

they full size refrigerator in the room along with the dishes. It also was very clean

The security, the beautiful suite, great food.

The rooms are clean. Nice and spacious , like a little apartment. I have visited the hotel with my children and grandchildren. My future plan is a staycation by myself.

Leaving

The hotel was new, clean, and nicely decorated. There was a full size fridge and some kitchen appliances such as a microwave and dishwasher.

This isn't really about the hotel, but the area has declined over the years. This is one of the better hotels in the Van Dyke hotel zone, but the roads are terrible and you're starting to see more crime and homeless issues in the area.

It was very clean and quiet in the common areas.

Was placed in a room next to a very loud barking dog.

Overall cleanliness, the pool area and fitness room were immaculate. The room decor and lobby were impressive.

The bed was quite uncomfortable for a hotel that cost -- a night to stay in. And another disappointing thing was after 5pm, the front desk staff was never behind the desk; but they were I. The lobby sitting down on their phones. Even at checkout.

Rooms are good size and newly painted. The facilities are modern and clean.

The location is bad. For the amount you pay, it's not convenient for public transportation, food, or shopping.

The staff were courteous and accommodating

I was not aware the room wasn¿t cleaned daily and trash not emptied. Had to do those things myself for the price I paid.

The room exceeded my experctations. Was equiped with a full kitchen. Well furnished. Very clean. Will recommend it to friends and family. Breakfast was good.

Only thing I was disappointed about was no bath tub.

The room and entire facility was great.

The breakfast was not good, burnt bacon and water or liquid in eggs.

Very nice room, staff was pleasant and friendly.

Thought the heat was up too high in the hallways, had to turn air conditioning on in the room.
