Could have been quieter

The pool water was extremely cloudy and looked dirty. No towels available in the pool area. Numerous breakfast items were not replenished in a timely manner. Water pressure in the room showers was terribly low

The rooms were dirty. The beds had hair and bugs underneath the covers, the second room they gave us had blood on sheets and beetles flying around in bathroom and bedroom. No one cleaned or changed linens the whole 5 days we were there.

Room was clean

Guest next door pounding on walls and screaming. General manager wouldn't do anything to stop them. Next person on duty finally called the police around midnight and the room was emptied and the people thrown out. Hotel would not compensate.

The clerk could be more friendlier but he was nice clean the staff perfect with their attitudes.

Rm.426 Jacuzzi hot tub was filthy beyond nasty I used this tub and it was black mold like coming out the Jets with a real nasty smell.

Mold in the shower, fan was incredibly loud in the room and sounded like it was breaking

I liked the location, cleanliness, staff (other than the amount of personnel), and room size.

There was no one available to take care of the issue that I had. That issue was that the patrons, in the room above me, were very LOUD, NOISY, PIERCING and ROWDY!!! I made complaints, but it all continued throughout the whole trip.

Very comfortable hotel. Met our needs well.

We chose this hotel to take our grandkids in the pool but it was closed.

Very loud late at night with people jumping and yellig upstairs.

Had a two night stay. They lost power the first check of check in at 6pm. We stayed the first night, and at 6pm the second night they still had no power. Refused to give a refund for the second night so I could go stay elsewhere that had power, hot water,

They would not offer a refund and basically left us stuck in a hotel with no heat during a snowstorm

This time¿nothing.

The other guests were extremely loud all night and we couldn¿t rest. This went on for 2 days. The breakfast was a disappointment as we stayed here six weeks ago and it was amazing. The toilet in our room wouldn¿t flush unless we held down the lever.

I can¿t say enough good things about this hotel. The customer service was impeccable and the rooms were very clean. I love the fact that they had your essentials in regular sizes instead of the travel sizes. I have never seen that in any of the hotels.

There was not one thing to complain about. The hotel was amazing!

I greeted with a warm smile and a Pleasant voice she was able to answer all my questions (she is a keeper) after that I was Comfortable.

Location was very good, convenient for my purpose of trip.

Room was very smelly with rotten food or some wired damp Oder, very toxic. Informed front desk. Young lady came, checked and turned off the fridge. she spoke to manager, could not change our room. She says hotel is fully booked. Hotel completely ignored.

There was a very bad stench in my room that would not go away. Smelled like something was rotting.

Check in staff member, paint is bubbling on the walls, rooms are not sound proof.

The gentleman working the night shift was great and very helpful.

Upon entering the room assigned, the room had not been cleaned by housekeeping. The bed had been slept in, nothing changed. The garbage cans in the room were full causing the room to stink. The bathroom was dirty with soiled towels on the floor.

Room wasn't as clean as it should have been. Found a lip gloss in the pullout sofa and green m&ms on the floor in the corner under a chair. And the previous guest spilled soda (I'm assuming-it was brown and sticky) on the carpet between the 2 beds.
