the staff was very nice.

the place was very old. has not been updated in decades. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the phone ringing from the front desk It needs to be taken down and rebuilt. The wallpaper is peeling, carpets are filthy. Pictures online are misleading!!

Room and sheets are not at all clean. No proper response from the front desk. Worst hotel that I have ever stayed. Pool was not available and need some compensation for that.

Staff and extra perks like coffee popcord apples.

I especially was dissapointed that the pool was closed as I had driven a long way and was looking forward to stretching out swimming.

Easily reachable.

Need to go earlier to get parking in front of hotel or else you have to park rear side.

They welcome dogs. Cookies, coffee and hot chocolate!

Carpets in room old and not cleaned well under beds.

This hotel is an excellent choice. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. My room was clean and very comfortable. It certainly was not up to date, modern but that did not matter as it very clean and well kept! Well worth what I paid.

Nice bed and good breakfast. Also the staff was VERY friendly.

The cable was out on the tvs, but they did get it fixed.

Hotel and room were clean. Breakfast was good. There was popcorn and cookies in evening. My kid was able to enjoy the pool, hot choclate. Overall great stay!

Friendliness of staff and cleanliness of facilities.

Sauna did not work. I realize that breakdowns occure but this is the third time in a year that this has happened.

The room and motel was very very clean. The beds were great. The pillows were even better. Breakfast was hot and fresh. One of the best nights I have ever spent in Motel. Would stay with them again. AAAA++++

The only bad thing we found. The apple juice is not the greatest.

Room was nice and clean. Staff very friendly. I needed a late check out at the last minute and they were absolutely polite and understandable about it.

Clean rooms, friendly staff who either greeted or spoke to us every time we saw them, and it is located near many restaurants and shops.

The location wasn't bad and the staff was all very nice.

The room was clean but smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Probably needs to change the carpet. It would have been nice to be able to open the window but couldn't. They could use more small tables in the breakfast room instead of the big ones.

Hotel was very outdated and could not eat the breakfast bar because it was a mess and didn’t look like it had been refreshed in couple hours if not longer.

The rooms were clean, staff was very friendly, this was a well run hotel

The air conditioning was an old wall unit that wasn't all that great. The door cards were a bit more difficult than I'd have liked. Both were minor issues that didn't really negatively inconvenience us too much.
