Pros +

Living area and kitchen are a solid 10. Bolder fireplace was the focal point of the rooms.

Cons -

Bedroom had no A/C, windows or any kind of ventilation, mattress had a lumpy pad, and sunk to the middle. Pillows were awful and there was no nightstand on the right side of the bed.
