The balcony overlooking Lake Huron, it was quiet and my dogs also loved lounging on the balcony

The hot tub could use a good scrub

Yes the staff charged my card 2 times and yet to recieve my money back and gave me the run around

Location was awesome, our room overlooked Lake Huron. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful.

One morning they ran completely out of food and quite a few people had to wait 15/20 minutes for food.Every time we opened the screen door it squeaked. Hot tub jets could have been a little stronger.For the price we paid, our room was tight for 4 people. Very small.

Your pool is open 8-10. And I tried to swim about 3:30 and the pool was freezing!!! You need to keep it warm when the pool is open. It was my 67th birthday and for the first time I was going to swim

Excellent breakfast and the view was beautiful. We watched the sun rise over Lake Huron while eating. This Hampton Inn has a lovely bar!

Location was beautiful. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again when we come to Mackinac Island.

It was right by the lake, had a choice of a patio or deck. The facilities were really nice, great place to do a little work out, a cool little arcade area and even a laundry room. Had a nice pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast offered was a legitimately good breakfast with many choices. Oatmeal, cereal, bacon, cheese omelet, American fries - along with fruit, bagels and waffles with toppings and two different batters. You can eat breakfast there and save money until dinner.

It was updated and the location was perfect! Only a 3 minute drive from the docks but there’s also a shuttle from the hotel. The breakfast was really good! The views were breathtaking!

My bathroom was not clean the shower had hair in it and when I told the front desk about it the lady Lisa said she’d be up to clean it and never showed. After about 45 min someone came up with a roller to get the hair out. So we had to wait again for them to come with a disinfectant to actually clean it. After a long day of traveling we hated to have to wait to take showers. The same thing happened when house keeping came to do a daily cleaning of the room, they missed the shower again. One lady was really nice about it and took care of it but I forgot her name. The staff overall was really nice.

It was very clean. The continental breakfast was good and had a variety of options.
