This hotel was filthy! Carpets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. Upholstered furniture looked the same, stains everywhere.

The breakfast was good - the pool looked nice even though I did not use it.

For as empty as the hotel was, I feel like there were a bunch of us in one area. My neighbors were screaming at each other the majority of my stay - I could hear them through the walls. However, it was pretty quiet.

They had a bed to sleep in

Yes it stunk had no microwave. It was dirty unprofessional

The front desk was very helpful and kind. She accommodated us in many ways.

This property is horribly maintained by management. The hotel wreaked of weed, there was a blood stain on my sheets, there were many unprofessional employees including one who was swearing about another employee in front of my kids, breakfast was no good

Breakfast was poor, rooms need renovations, stains in couches, beds are old

The bath has been completely renovated, with new tub, sink, and countertop.

Upon arrival, which was a little hard to find because of all the criss-crossing streets and major highways, the outside appearance is less than inviting. In fact, we had some concerns, but it is located where there is lots of traffic, so it's ok.

This Comfort Inn needs to be reported to yhe franchise, it is in disgusting condition.

Bugs in the room and bathroom! Reaked of smoke, broken toaster at the breakfast bar. Door to our room was difficult to open, had to throw a shoulder at it. Elevator slammed when stopping.

The location of the hotel us great. It's close to many restaurants and even the mall. The oldest light house is very close with beach access. This is also close to the bridge to cross to Canada.

The customer service was the worse I have ever experienced for a hotel. They acted like it was a inconvenience to them when I was checking in. When I asked about coffee at 5pm that was suppose to available until 10 pm. They wouldn't make any. Horrible

Whole place reeks of mold and found mold all over the place even in the breakfast area. My whole family is very sick now. Couldn¿t even turn on our heater in the room without everyone coughing. Tried to tell the front desk and the lady did nothing.

After I asked for a general manager the front desk said they didn¿t have one and gave me an email and I haven¿t received any word back.

The breakfast was good. Great selection.

It was advertised that there was a hot tub. No hot tub on site. Very disappointed because that was part of the reason we chose the location. We had very busy schedules leading up to our stay and we were extremely disappointed that there was no hot tub.

the front desk person went out of her way to fix the TV situation and up graded us to a different room because she couldn't fix the tv

windows were broken, tv's didnt have a signal, used washcloths were found up on the shower curtain

There is not a single good thing about this hotel.

The place is disgusting, the staff is very unprofessional, vending and ice machines don't work, holes in the walls, grass clippings and other debris un pool.

The one person working when I arrived was excellent. Problem was that the motel was under staffed and I had to wait forever just to check in. Then my card key didn't work and I had to wait a long time again for service. Again the man serving me was great

Very comfortable and clean room. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced.

Great location, close to the bridge. The person working the front desk was amazing - she had been working multiple shifts but was as energetic, friendly & helpful as if she'd just started. Breakfast was really good.

Only downside (and it may have been fixed by now) was that the lights were out in the big signpost outside that has the hotel name on it. Made it a bit tricky to find it after dark.
