- Cleanliness, wonderful staff, they really stood out!

- Cold shower (in January in Michigan),hard bed,lighting was awful,snow clearing inadequate,the refrigerator was loud and this was a suite
- Never had enough hot water to rinse shampoo out of my hair, water always turned cold!!
