Pros +
- Amenities and staff were excellent.
- Arrived at the hotel and they had no power. No AC no lights no water nothing. Had been that way for over 24 hours according to the front desk. Said we could stay they'd take $100 off the nightly rate. Which is laughable.
- Very elegant, cozy and clean.
Cons -
- Asked for extra wash cloths but never received them.
- They should have made up the difference between their rate and the rate we had to pay. We left, fortunately found another place to stay that was more expensive. Why a hotel would not have adequate generators for this eventuality is beyond me.
- No bath tub to bathe my child? Very inconvenient.
