The front desk person was very rude would not give us a discounted rate at 1:30 AM in the morning

24 hr coffee & microwave down by breakfast but the dial seemed to be broken

Beds way too soft & had a soft topper on it also, toilet very low to the ground, room was way too damp so nothing dried even hanging up & the tile floor was always slick & the carpet felt damp & gross-never took off shoes

No heat. Heater unplugged and didn't know it

Staff is everything! The breakfast menu and breakfast time served was perfect.

One improvement would be to have a guest laundry available, but the rest was perfect.

The room and common areas were all well kept and clean. The included breakfast was fresh and better than expected. Very nice hotel and we will definitely stay here again if in the area. I will request not to be in an adjoining room though...

Room was listed and given as a Queen bed but was only a full size. We were in one of 2 adjoining rooms and it sounded like the people on the other side were in our room they were so loud, pretty sure their phone alarm was setting up against the door too.

The hotel is clean and well located. Our room looked recently remodeled and was very comfortable.

Ease of check in, and friendly staff

People were very noisy in the hallway, until about 11:30pm, while we were trying to sleep, before having to get up in the morning and driving almost 11 hours back home.

The staff was amazing and friendly! Close to local restaurants that were amazing! The hotel was clean and spacious!

The check-in guy was very sweet.

Nothing else was worth it. And I have wrote about this to you already and haven't heard a thing back. It's sad I waisted my money when I could have stayed home.

advertised as pet friendly but no where did it say they charge $15 per pet per night.

Price seemed high....given VERY low occupancy rate during Christmas 12/24-25.

Complimentary breakfast, something for everyone. Very pleasant staff right down to the housekeepers. Windows that opened.

Water pressure was kind of low.

Very clean hotel. It is in close proximity to where I was working. The staff was friendly. Very good breakfast bar.

The staff was welcoming, accommodating and efficient.

Our room phone rang at 3 separate times in the early a.m. hours. Got very little sleep. Front desk said there were "switchboard issues" & it wouldn't happen again. It did. Kindly told the manager the situation before breakfast & red'd 2nd night 1/2 price.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable with nice linens. The bathroom is well thought out. The breakfast is great and includes both hot and cold items, fresh fruit, and juice. It was great for both adults and kids.

The coffee maker on the bathroom counter is not such a great idea. I believe there was a mini-fridge in the room we stayed in last year and the coffee maker was on top of that. It was pretty gross to have it on the bathroom counter.

Hot tub could use new jets..
