- Total lobby reconstruction, dark side door access, breakfast bins empty, no place to sit/eat, it was packed, NO NOTICE on reservation about these construction conditions, at 25-50% of retail rate could be acceptable, Giant Failure!!!

The staff was amazing offered snacks for my children at checkin.
The bedding was stained.
