A nice clean, quiet place to stay.

The bed was uncomfortable. Old linen.

Clean room and very comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom was clean , and shower worked well..

Even with my Hilton honors, I couldn¿t get a free breakfast I had to pay $14.50+ tax.refrigerator was noisy but a wash cloth fixed that ..

Nothing negative

The breakfast was good (although it¿s an extra $14.95pp). The beds were nice. I usually can¿t sleep in hotel beds but I did here. I like the neutrogena products in the bathrooms. The location is great, it¿s a couple minute drive to 12 oaks mall.

The pool is so small and the signage allows only 8 people. The pillows are terrible. The walls are super thin and we had people running through the hallways until after midnight.

Good size room. Very clean. Great location.

It was perfect.

The bedding was very nice! Very soft and lots of pillows. I like the king bef, very spacious. I also liked the hgtv station on cable.

microwave had sticky fingerprints all over the outside, the Keurig instructions were sticky. Something was stuck to the light switch, room temp hard to control and the pool tile had such a layer of scum that people were scratching their names into it.

Clean and quiet.

Breakfast was expensive.

The staff was great like always. And hotel room and lobby was very clean.

Only complaint is noise from the kids in hall. Little kids soccer or hockey team. Kids being kids so I didn't complain.

The decor in the lobby was beautiful

My room was freezing, the thermostat kept from heat to a/c. When we asked the front desk for assistance, they would not send maintenance nor would they allow us to switch rooms. We had to keep shutting the heat off every time switched to A/C.

Location. Indoor pool for the kids.

Hotel was very clean and fresh. Rooms, lobby and halls. Very nice location near mall and plenty of restaurants. Breakfast buffet was very helpful and affordable and the server was great.

Printing at business center did not work. Wifi connectivity to printer from our devices was terrible. Spent way too long on just printing a couple important pages

This hotel actually required that I give a deposit for my room in cash. That was majorly inconvenient and to add insult to injury, they didn’t have an ATM and I was forced to go to another hotel to withdraw money for their ridiculous cash deposit polic

Room was really large and everything worked. Nice view on upper floor and quiet.

Hard to complain during COVID but front desk person could have been more communicative about things.

The room on the eye is clean, has everything you need for comfort, fridge, nice comfortable bed. This was nice, newly renovated hotel 2yrs ago.. but already starting to look worn, not kept up

Had to change rooms.. 1st room the shower was really grose with mold.. caulk around shower was cracked, broken, missing.. u could see water damage, pink & black mold in corners, on cracked caulk, grout.. 2nd room had same only not as bad..
