Homewood Suites by Hilton Novi Detroit

Very clean. Awesome rooms. Friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel employee. Was very nice

The room was dirty sofa was filthy not worth the money I spent

The hotel is located in a quiet place with everything available in a short drive. The breakfast is good and the prices are very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.

Hotel location was newer. Room was clean and nice size. Breakfast was old, dry and cold. Looked to be reused from the day before. Hotel manager never called me back after asking for a call regarding my problem while checking in.

the front desk tried to kick me out and REFUSED to rent me a room verbally stating she "didn't care if I already made a reservation" all because I spoke up and disagreed with her over her saying it was a law she couldn't rent to an 18 year old.

Clean, quiet, and well taken care of!

Equipped Room kitchen Was great for all my cooking and food preparation needs.

The room was not clean

It was so clean, absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was Amazing!

The large room was wonderful.

The hot tub was not as hot as I would have liked.

Had a great experience here . A wonderful hotel with the nicest staff!! Will be back

A very minor thing... I wish they had better parking.

Presentation

We loved the cleanliness and the staff.

The beds that we had were not the best. The mattresses were worn and lumpy. You could definitely tell they had been used a lot.

Rooms were bigger then expected. Beds were super comfortable and breakfast was good.

The pool area was SMALL! We were in town for a cheer competition, so a lot of kids were around. There just wasn’t much room at all.

Beautiful facility..... recently improved - I wish the bed was nicer

The bed wasn't very comfortable

The Front desk staff were amazing especially the lady that checked us in

One cleaner

I liked that it was close to everything, the venue, the food the shopping. Perfect location.

The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff was amazing. The location is also a super plus as it is located in the heart of everything including restaurants, grocery stores , shopping, and entertainment.

There was nothing i did not like about my weekend stay at the hotel. the amenities and service was second to none......................................

It was very clean and elegant looking. The breakfast was delicious.

Pool was cold.

I felt the room explained on booking was to the point. We were looking to plan a day of shopping near everything we wanted to do.

I did not like the pillows. They were too soft.

Near 12 Oaks Mall and some nice restaurants. Very clean and well kept. Excellent breakfast! One of the best we have had. We really liked talking to the breakfast manager.
