Hyatt Place Detroit/Novi

Clean comfortable bed and room

A little to far from downtown Detriot

Check in was a breeze, probably the fastest I've ever checked in. Staff was friendly. And the free breakfast which is a must when we travel with 2 16yr old baseball players

Bathrooms could use an update. I mean who uses a tub in a hotel anymore.

The home is in great condition. The rooms were nice and everything was clean.

The breakfast was a little underwhelming.

nice breakfast, staff helpful

if there are events at the location where the hotel is located the traffic can be busy

good location great breakfast clean room

was there 4 nights and didn't receive any housekeeping service

Location

Not enough staff. Restaurant closed. No housekeeping. No microwave. Small room overall.

The area was very nice.

There were multiple dead bugs near the window side of the bed. We let management know.

The staffs hospitality and awareness of the busienss. Became a member. Got free breakfast. Staff made me aware of that

No complaints at all

modern look, size, price, clean

Good location close to some nice dining-- in a secluded location next to the event venue

The selection of snack to purchase is small The internet does not work. Had to use my phone hot spot. if you dont have this option on your phone dont stay here. They serve breakfast but finding a clean plate is tough. staff told me it was stains- What?

When i booked the hotel it said free breakfast. When we went down for breakfast the next morning they told us no free breakfast. Felt deceived!

Clean and spacious room with all the amenities one can ask for. Kids really enjoyed staying here, swimming in the pool and also the breakfast was excellent

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The free hot breakfast was very nice -- too often, hotels advertising free breakfast only have coffee and doughnuts.

I was having surgery and it was very close to the hospital

no sign on road to let you know it was there.

Excellent Breakfast! The pool is nice & warm. Very friendly staff.

Clean, great staff with a refreshingly modern design

Quiet, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and if you are looking to recharge And just relax, the room provides blackout shades and is very quiet. I think the cost is high for the region and the amenities offered. Breakfast was great!

Cost..---- in this region seems a bit high. Only 1p late checkout even with Hyatt membership.

I love this hotel. It's clean, modern, great staff, and good breakfast selection. Also, excellent location to Twelve Oaks and many other points of interest.

check in was easy. Hotel employee checked us in and asked us if we were going to the RV Show and then gave us complementary tickets.. the entire staff was friendly and helpful.. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to an event at the Showplace arena..

There was nothing to dislike about this hotel.. it was great

Good location, nice room, very clean.

Bar needs some work, light pours, no way to tip bartender on a card.
