Very clean quiet and friendly people

We had a fire Christmas day on the third floor we had to evacuate for two hours in my fireplace did not work they try to fix it but no success

Clean and comfortable rooms.

They can do much better with their breakfast options. While many hotels are using the COVID excuse to cut down on their breakfast, many others serve you their complete pre COVID menus with an attendant serving you the food.

Professional staff, great breakfast (free), room location, location to interstates, full kitchen, laundry on premises.

Could have had more channel selections on cable.

Hotel was very clean and staff was fantastic. The breakfast was also good.

Desk provided ample amounts of space for laptop, monitor, and documents - best desk set up I have come across. Breakfast provided eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt and more. Facilities were clean and the staff friendly.

Everything met our expectations.

I loved that we were so close to so many restaurant choices. Our room was very cozy and the bed and pillows were wonderful!

The people upstairs were very rude and sounded like they were having a running marathon. It was absolutely ridiculous. I also did not like that I could not watch the Detroit Tigers game on Friday night or Saturday afternoon!!

Rooms were clean and spacious. And located near to many shopping places and restaurants.

Breakfast was good but many things were not out by 9.40 that includes waffle batter. When I requested, I got the answer that they will not refill. Seriously breakfast time is till 10 not 9.30.

Great location right next to a shopping mall. The hotel was very clean and updated.

I'm a big fan of rice with breakfast!

Could have been more tv channel choices. The previous stay there was an issue with hot water. This was solved this time around.

I had coffee and a coffee pot but no cups. When I reserved room I was told the hotel had a jacuzzi only to check in and find it had been "removed". I had NO HOT water to my room. Staff was NOT helpful..more like rude

The location was great. Safe walking distance to fun activities.

The pool was unexpectedly closed when we were ready to use it and did not reopen during our stay. Kids were extremely disappointed.

Hotel employee, at the front desk was professional, courteous and when I needed assistance did not hesitate to respond. The overall staff was awesome. I mentioned hotel employee because I watched her take care of everyone needs or concerns with a smile.

Location was good and people were friendly. Breakfast was good.

Could not control the fan for heat or cooling. Only one clerk at check-in and was about 5th in line. It took well over 1/2 and hour. Parking wasn't great.

We had to evacuate the hotel at 5:30 AM due to a fire. It started on the 3rd floor and then the alarm went off on the 2nd floor. Not sure what happened, but it was not the relaxing weekend we were planning.

I've stayed at the hotel on six separate occasions and will be staying in the future on my visits to Detroit. This place has become my home away from home!
