Toilet was plugged and maintenance didn’t plunger it! I have to get plunger at front desk and clear it. also, our room was next to a hospitality room and hospitality room occupied all night, throwing chairs making noise, screaming swearing till late 5 am

Friendly staff. Nice breakfast.

Our air-conditioning went out on second day. Had to move to a different room on a different floor.. Had a 2 queen bed and ended up on second night with 1 king bed room. But very nice. Just was difficult with a disabled spouse.

We were upgraded to a suite.

$75 pet fee charge. That seems more than usual.

Location was great. Staff was nice. Room was big and spacious

Breakfast was very bland. Only ate it once and went elsewhere other mornings. Every morning our shower cut out while in the shower. Very frustrating. Told the front desk they said its the pressure with all the other hotels nearby. Disappointed.

Room was clean, breakfast was good.

pool and hot tub were unexpectedly unavailable for the whole time we were there.

The staff was very pleasant and attentive to needs. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast area was very large and the breakfast food was very good.

I wish there was housecleaning included without having to request it.

Continental breakfast was good room was nice bed was comfy

Clean Room & Breakfest in the morning¿ And the Bath Towels are BIG and Soft

The only thing was the Pool in went down to go swimming in the morning I could see a whole lot of oil floating on top of water so I didn¿t go swimming in pool

I liked that it was close to everywhere I needed to be. It was also very clean.

I chose this hotel for the sole reason that it had a "24/7 indoor pool" but was informed that it closed at 10. We wanted to go swimming on this trip, didn't get back until right before they closed it. Very disappointing.

The breakfast was great

Walks were thin, too much stomping noise from floor above, and toilet randomly ran

The STAFF was top notched. Loved the front gal that checked us in. She was bubbly and made us feel very welcomed.

I don't know how this could have been prevented .. perhaps a STERN warning to parents. Too many kids running up the hallways BANGING on doors. Very startling when you're in a strange place and TRYING to get sleep!

The bed was awful. The most uncomfortable and small bed for 2 people. It was not something I would have booked. The website was poorly marked for choosing the room. We were VERY disappointed.

Pool and hot tub were inside and definitely a plus! Coffee available 24/7 was nice, and always tasted fresh no matter the time of day.

The gentleman at the front desk was less than cheerful and it seemed like we were bothering him just by being there. The young lady the next day was VERY nice and helpful.

The Room was awesome. We enjoyed the whirlpool. Parking was easy. The free breakfast was nice.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The walls were not very soundproof. We could hear people in adjacent rooms having conversations. They weren¿t speaking loudly, but it was still audible to us, and the above neighbors were very loud through the ceiling.

Don't know could not stay due to water damage from the sprinkler system malfunctioning and flooding half the hotel

They didn't even attempt to find a new hotel to stay at.

The front desk clerk was nice and wanting to help. She tried to help with our TV problem.no other rooms were available to switch. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Shower had hot water. Big room. Still disappointed with our over all stay.

I was disappointed to find out the tv didn't work. Burn type holes on ottoman. I also had my luggage in hand at 11 o'clock check out. I walked in the hallway at 11:01 and the cleaning person reprimanded me.I feel it was unnecessary to do so.Only 1 min

nothing, wish I picked one of the other ones. I have stayed in Hamptons a lot and have been in this one several times. The room was horrible and the smell and location was even worse.

easy location to find off Hwy 59. big box stores and eating facilities were close

Pool wasn't open and that was disappointing, though understanding, still disappointing. Also, was not advised of the deposit up front when I done the reservation. I was not expecting additional $120.They said it would be released from the hold in day or 2
