Easy, plentiful parking Pleasant desk clerk, clean room and bathroom, good pillow selection

TV did not work well, steep price for this type of hotel and location

Friendly informative staff. Very clean facility. Even left a postcard on the nightstand that we filled out and they mailed for us

The location

Book one room and when we checked in it was a different room. Apparently one we booked was not even available. Paid ahead and when we gave them our card for incidentals they charged my card the full amount of the room.

Friendliness of all the staff. Food was good and nice selection. Location.

Convenient location for what we needed. Everyone was very friendly. They recommended the Three Seasons Cafe for dinner which was an excellent choice.

We asked for suggestions of where to eat from the front desk staff. We went to the two favorite places that were recommended and they were both great!! Amazing location too!

It is located right across the street from the boardwalk on Lake Michigan. You can see the light house from the front of the hotel and it is a short walk to get to it. There is also a grocery store 3 businesses down down the road from the hotel.

There was not a pool.

This hotel was very clean. the nite clerk, gave us several good recommendations for dinner. The provided breakfast was good except the coffee waas weak. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

I was long-hauling it across Wisconsin and made Manistique Comfort Inn a stopping point in my trip. I was beyond tired, but the staff were great getting me checked-in quickly, were very friendly, and were also very helpful. The breakfast was delicious!!

Understandably, due to staffing shortages resulting from the pandemic, maid service was not available. Needed items could be picked up at the front desk.

The staff was very nice. The hotel was clean and updated. We appreciated the guest laundry machines.

The bed was not comfortable for me or my husband. I had better sleep on my camping cot. I only got two hours of sleep Also, there used to be a whirlpool and I had the impression that it was still there.

TV worked and we were able to sleep peacefully.

A 1 star hotel selling itself as a 3 star at 4 star price! The tub drained so slowly that I was ankle deep in water by the end of my shower. The Air conditioner was either freeze or swelter. The food handler kept the same gloves on no matter the task.
