- I am a return customer (over the years). I continue to receive the same friendly and professional service from the staff and also a clean, well maintained room.

- Staff not super friendly or helpful
- The floor of the room was too damp, and there were constant unknown noises. This was very disturbing. Also, there was no information about the breakfast time, so I couldn't use the breakfast service, which was inconvenient.
