everthing was great. break fast was early( which helps those of us that need to be on the road early). The pool and hot tub was comfortable

Clean Room
Desk didn't explain things. Whirlpool ( Paid Extra For )Didn't Work TV, wrong Instructions, didn't work half the time No Discounts for AARP or our Age. Paid way too much for what we went through *Should be a Refund?????
I called a head for an early checking & they where able to get us in 2 hours early, everyone was helpful & very friendly. We would definitely stay there again.
I thought they where a little pricey, and it would be we could check in and check out the same time the next day.
A wedding party was booked in the room next to us and were very noisey.
The manager went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. From up grading our room to the use of breakfast room and anything we needed. The room and whole hotel was very clean and well kept. The staff from cleaning crew to front desk were great
The beds could be updated. Felt the springs in mattress.

We are seniors. Only straight uncomfortable chairs were in the room; very uncomfortable. We were there 3 days and straight chairs got old really quick. Suggest chair height toilets. Difficult for us old folks to get up after use.

The room was stellar and the staff amazing and super helpful. Last but not least, they had every kind of creamer one could imagine on the coffee bar! Oh, and TANG! Love this hotel!
