- Poor breakfast, horrible coffee, crappy room, no pool
- The breakfast did not have coffee, or juice, no bowls for cereal, no butter for the bagels and toast. The waffle mix was out and then when it was filled, was clumpy. Tables were dirty.
- My room had mold and water in the ice bucket. My bed was disheveled before l touched it. It looked as if someone was there before me and tried to make it up quickly.

No soap or cups in the room. 1 slow elevator. only one wash cloth,
