Located 5.6 mi from Whitecap Mountain Ski in Ironwood, Cedars Motel is located on the south shore of Lake Superior in Michigan. It features an outdoor seating area with a fire pit and picnic tables. Pros +

  • Love the attention to restoration detail. Makes the experience of avocado green walls and cherry red sinks exciting!
  • Very clean. Very nice and accommodating staff.
  • The easy location right on our route home. The cleanliness and the fact that no pets allowed. Nice 50's decor which was totally updated and chique for the era. I usually don't like little strip motels but this one ya gotta see.

Cons -

  • Shower pressures and location of shower head. Does not accommodate 5.5 foot and up.
  • The hotel was a little expensive.
  • Only thing I did not like was exterior door to room 9 is a hollow door.
