Pros +
- Outstanding staff, location, bike and ski trails. Rooms were spacious with great balcony views. Some rooms can be loud if above a family with children however requested quiet room and placed at end of hallway which was fantastic. Restaurant onsite is good. Coffee in morning was great. The pool and sauna area are nice but on weekends it is quite busy with a lot of children so we did not use those facilities. The fat bike and snow shoe trails were great and along the golf course. Leslie runs the show at the hotel and has a lot of excellent information on the area. Always appreciate her. Rooms were clean and all the staff was friendly and helpful.
- The lady at the front was very efficient and friendly. Things were clean.
- Food was wonderful and the service outstanding
Cons -
- My only critique was that the beds were a bit uncomfortable, but again we just love this place and the location for outdoor adventures is fantastic.
- I know some customers are demanding, and the couple in front of us complained about several things when I was checking out. I waited behind them for 5 minutes while a few staff members listened. I'm assuming the manager was the guy behind the counter who immediately started talking shit about them as soon as they left... in front of everyone. I get they were complaining, and I thought the same thing, but I don't need to hear someone cussing and talking down about someone because, as awful as they were to deal with, it made you look bad, not them.
- A better smelling room, a clean shower, a desk and a main floor room.
