- Was semi close to airport

- The blinds required a remote to close, but it was missing. Staff were polite and apologetic but couldn?t offer a solution other than asking us to move rooms?right after we?d unpacked from a long drive. Not ideal after a tiring day.
- Yes. The staff was very rude! They demanded car information even though my car was not there yet. The room lights didn?t work. The blinds didn?t close. I was given a handicapped room without asking.
- Given handicap room when hotel was not crowded. SHOWER DID NOT WORK PROPERLY
