- Front desk very helpful and accommodating
- It was downtown and was suppose to be a nice garden room however did not get my room!!!!
- Everything. There wasn¿t anything negative.
Cons -
- The staff at the front desk did not give me the rooms I ordered. They put me up on the 10th floor and told me that my room was not available . I seen a big ugly building not the garden room!!! They said that they gave me an upgrade, it¿s a downgrade!
- We got an awful view of a brick building¿ someone had to have the room, not mad about it

It was downtown and was suppose to be a nice garden room however did not get my room!!!!

The staff. The hotel was clean, the rooms roomy, location was good¿. But the people who greeted us, served our bar drinks and handle the breakfast buffet were fantastic. Pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. Thank you .
