- When I got to the office door to check in, the door was locked, the "manager" who answered my knock was extremely rude. She acted as though I had no reservation, charged me another $150.00 for the dogs, and never welcomed me at all.

The location was great, and the service was over and beyond. I want to personally thank the Front Desk Manager we had a great conversation, she really helped me with all my concerns, and the staff was just amazing. Thank you all again :)
